Please update us with a step by step instructions on how to recreate the issue on our end and we will be more than a glad to assist you. Also, please update us with the IP address to which you are trying to establish cURL request because the same can be blocked on the server.

Participanti used wp-rocket cache premium plugin and i made Clear Cache Lifespan to 5 min as you said i wish this will fix server issue and ill back again to tell you what happened.
