1. How many websites I can use these themes/plugins after purchased?

Updates and support for customers, who bought a license, are free.
The theme license is only per one person. You are allowed to use your license for 30 domains, but you are not allowed to distribute, resell or share your license to other companies or people, without our permission. If our scanner detect this action, your license will be terminated.
2. How does the Support system work ?
You can contact us through xwpthemes@gmail.com . In-case you feel any bugs with the theme, we strongly recommend you complaint us at xwpthemes@gmail.com . We assure you for the Reply / Solution within 18-24 hrs for any help or issues.
3. How to buy our themes/plugins?
Just use the Buy Now button from the site and purchase. After the transaction is complete you will be got the download link by email automatically.

5. Where to download my order and get the updates?

6. Refund policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please send a “Refund Request” to my email. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 45 days of the original purchase. We can not grant refunds after the first 45 days of the original purchase.
  • You have an issue that we are unable to resolve. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
  • If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you.
  • Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
