    Can anyone help me with this?……NOT HAPPY! right out of the gate, can’t even load, ugh

    *** I also notice the terrible customer support here for recent support requests ** Hope I do nto need to open Paypal dispute to get a refund.

    Hi,

    I downloaded a Free theme, and have the same problem, is there any solution?

    Installing Theme from uploaded file: XWP_RosaTube_Pack_UnzipFirst.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme installation failed.

    The issue is solved, the zipped theme is inside another zip, once the first sip was unzipped the second zip was installed correctly.
