xwp activation

    hello I download and install xwp theme and pt email
    and order #
    get following message
    Activation Failed! Please check Order Number#!

    looks like must activate quick so reorder and try again with new order # and install
    but file upload gives error
    This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number
