White screen for JWplayer?

    Videos work with JSplayer but when using JWplayer it is a white screen.

    Any suggestions?

    It was working perfectly before- now I switched host and domain name and its not working anymore. Just a white screen for JWplayer & this is the play I would like to use.

    Trying a fix- could you remove

    – ramsgatemedia.eu

    from my list of domains please. Thank you!

    Make sure that your new hosting has cURL and file_get_contents enabled.

    Yeah it is enabled, it was the same host but changed domain name that was all- could you remove ramsgatemedia.eu from my hosts maybe that is the problem

    can we get it to work with cloudflare enabled ? which is what I suppose is the problem here as only cloudflare is the one new thing we are using since relaunch

    I think rocket loader make jwplayer’s script messed up and can not work properly

    Hey, there is a fix you need to remove the rocket code from the page causing the issue.

    No, if you use that rocket load plugin, it will add automatically, you have to exclude url “wp-content/plugins/kenplayer-transformer/player/player.php” from rocket load plugin
