    I would like a refund because i use a specific video grabber heavily and the themes are set up a certain way that may require each post to be changed manually and plugin uses different image folder for images. Thumbnails can also be an issue and the sites have over 10,000 posts. In other words, incompatible.

    Can you tell us which issues you have so we might make things work for you?

    Before we refund anything, would you be interested in getting the KenPlayer plugin in exchange? It is worth more than this theme is.
