    any support team here? it’s been 24 hours and nobody from support team answer. I’ve already emailed xwpthemes email, but now answer after asking my URL.

    bad support. disappointed.

    Sariwati392, please understand that the support on the weekends is always a bit slower.

    We do not solve issues through email, we solve them here.

    If you have issues with XVideos then use the JWPlayer and make sure that you use the lastest version.
