    Just purchased the Yame tube theme which was supposed to come with a free theme called ‘Rosa tube theme’

    Order number #7920

    1) I didn’t get the free Rosa tube theme. (received the same zip file twice with no Rosa tube theme. But it doesn’t matter now because I don’t want it any more)

    2) ‘the banner spot below video player’ is really misleading. The ad spot is actually above video player.

    3) the banner spot can’t handle animated ‘gif’ (jpg is fine). When putting animated ‘gif’ banner code, the banner breaks and ads are not showing..

    I had been looking for a good theme and thought I had finally found one but it turned out to be disaster.

    I am going to delete the theme now. Please give me a refund.

    forgot to mention that

    4) in your Yametube theme demo, video title goes right above the video but in fact, video title goes above the banner spot and there is a description section right above the video. (see the attached image). Please give me the refund. Sorry but it is not good enough.

    Thank you for your interest but you need to read the documentation in the .zip package.
    1. Login to https://xwpthemes.com/my-account/ to download all your order, include the free stuffs.
    2. The banner spot working while you put your video in proper possion, that is the custom field “video_code”, please also set up this custom field in the Pornhub importer settings page.
    3. I am using the gif banner code without any problem, please send me your link so I can check what is wrong with your code.
    4. Same answer as the number 2, please put your embed code into the custom field “video_code” to display the video properly.
    I hope you can figure out the right way to control this theme after play around with this theme a little time.

    hi. thank you for getting back to you. Sorry my bad. A few issues described in the previous post have been fixed. However I am facing another problems.

    1) featured images (thumbnails) on posts are displaying all different sizes, rather than showing up uniformly (see the link). I have installed image regeneration plugins etc and the issue still remains

    2) the right side ads have no gap between banners (both on home page and video page). What I mean by that is that when I add more than two banner codes in the banner spot, the ads kind of looks like one big picture and there is no separation gap/line between them.

    3) I’d like to write a short description right above the banner such as ‘Hot date’ and when I write something like that in ads spot, the phrase/writing goes the side way, rather than going on top. **I am able to do so with other theme I am using (not your theme though)

    =======Can’t add any links or pictures here . I have been spending hours to add links or pictures but am not able to do it.
