    Just bought KenPlayer Transformer and although it creates an iframe with code it does not show any video. cURL is working and I have tried various themes and videos. I need it to work yet for the next day you can see the problem here (it’s just blank space).

    Seems to be an issue with others. No caching, no Cloudflare. What could it be?

    I see others have the same problem, and with no response in the last day I kindly request a full refund imediately. The plugin which does not work will be promptly uninstalled. I cannot afford to lose the money. Please issue a refund and there is no problem.
