    How can I download the latest version of kenplayer?
    I have version 1.9.6.2 downloaded from my account in here… How to get the latest version?

    Login to your account and go to this link: xwpthemes.com/my-account/downloads/ and choose the KenPlayer and save the file.

    So redtube still not fixed?
    I’m getting the same message: “The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”

    Ps: no I don’t have any cache plugin

    We have updated the plugin a few days ago.

    Do you use JWPlayer. There are some issues with VideoJS.
