Kenplayer Importer Pro and Transformer not working

    Hello all,

    I have a problem. I have the HubTube theme currently active. The ResTube and XHotTube themes do not work for me. There always comes only a critical error. I have installed the KenPlayer Importer Pro and the Kenplayer Transformer but I can not import videos with the Importer and the Transformer also seems to have no function.

    What could be the reason for this?

    I have tried from PHP 7.3-8.2 and with php 8.1-8.2 only errors come with 7.4 it seems to go so reasonably except just the errors described above.

    Can anyone help me?

    Hello.

    Came here for the same reason, thought I was solo on this issue.
    My guess is- the plugins are outdated(WordPress is forever updated), the Importer & Transformer were last updated “2020 and 2018 respectively(which is forever in WP years)”.

    Hope the issue can be resolved.
