    This plugin only works on ferefox and crome browsers only and does not work well for android default browser. Please fix it.

    Thanks for the information.

    I checked it on the Microsoft Edge and Safari, it seems to work correctly. We will investigate this issue further and we will fix it if we find issues, but it may take a bit longer since it is the Christmas time.

    yes i deactivated cache plugin and it doesnt help. Please login to my dashboard have a look?

    yes the player is working yesterday 27 dec, but on 26 dec, all my videos unable to play at all.

    hix xwp, could this be the problem because im using wordpress hosting from hostgator and i just notice that they disallow some plugins.

    It definitely can and in your case we are almost sure that the issue is caused due to the server set up so it is highly recommended for you to change a host.

    While HostGator may offer cheap servers, they do not really provide good support and there are many more way better hosting companies for a similar price.
