I had reply u my server does support both of this and my video is still unable to play it sometimes. This is my issue and my traffic is getting decrease because of this problem. Do you neeed me send u again my login details? Please help me to fix this because i really need this kenplayer transformer.

If you use the cache plugin, then disable it. Did you try that?
