    @lsandeepa58,

    We will investigate that issue and update this topic when we find the solution, but for the time being we suggest you to use the VideoJS player since it is a very good HTML player.

    After turn off cloudflare, it is working now.

    hi xwp guys i follow your instruction by pasting the same text to the exception list but it is still the same, and i deactivated w3 total cache plugin too but the video is still unable to play sometimes. i have to open a new broser, refreshing the page or select another video link from my site for a few times then the player works again. This is so weird, can i give you my website login details and perhaps you could check it for me?

    did you receive my email because I didnt ser you helping me anything and i’ve been waited for u since a month ago regarding the theme setting. I believe I had email u couple times and I didnt get any respond. At least let me know whether you receive my email about login details. Am I going to wait for another 24 hrs to get your reply?
