Yes, you can test it on a fresh new site without any wp-rocket and cache plugin, it will working, I promise.
If you want to use cache plugin, some plugin can exclude to cache an URL, please exclude the URL: wp-content/plugins/kenplayer-transformer/jwplayer/player.php so it can always get the fresh content.

If you are using the W3 Total Cache plugin, then go to to the ‘Page Cache’ settings for this plugin and click on the ‘Advanced’ link at the top of the page and enter for the box ‘Never cache the following pages’ enter in this URL: “wp-content/plugins/kenplayer-transformer/jwplayer/player.php”.

hi xwpguys, im having some issue when using kenplayer transformer. Im from asia and i noticed that all of the videos from my website cant be played mostly during night time in Asia. I didnt change any setting or do anything but it become normal on the next day time, then the problem kicks in again at night time. Please see the screenshot and my cahce setting, how do i exclude the url?

am i correct for adding at the right place?
