    I bought the kenplayer plugin today (1/14/2018). I downloaded and installed it normally. But I can not activate. I fill in the fields with the email and the order number and I click activate. Loading, loading … and nothing! What do I do?

    I deactivated all plugins except kenplayer, and then deactivated the template and activated one of the native wordpress templates. Still the problem continues. Loading consistently and not active.

    I checked the order and everything seems to be correct.

    Make sure to use your m….@outlook.com email address to activate the plugin. If does not work, then uninstall the plugin and upload it manually once again.

    I unplugged the plugin and reinstalled it again. Still, it did not activate.

    I can see that order is completed and you have an access to its plugin.

    Good evening. I got a new server and I was able to activate the plugin. But I can not embed the lives in the articles. Everything looks normal, including the “Insert KenPlayer Shortcode” button appears in the wordpress article editor and clicking [kenplayer] [/ kenplayer] appears. However, the videos do not appear in the article. Displays the message “This video had been deleted!
    Do not worry, we have tons others here: “.
    Between [kenplayer] [/ kenplayer] I’ve entered the URL address of the video, or the embed code. It did not work in any way.
    Can you send me the link to some step-by-step tutorial on how to insert the videos into an article? I looked for some document in that sense and found none. I look forward to returning with urgency.
    I’m using the template newspaper 8.6.

    Hello
    That error mean your server can not connect to the source tube site to get the direct video link, please make sure your server have cURL and file_get_contents functions enabled.

    Here’s what it says on the plugin’s configuration page: cURL is installed on this server. file_get_content Enabled

    I made a new installation of wordpress and this time I tested the plugin with the native joomla template. Here is the message that appears where the video should be:
    This video had been deleted!

    Another thing: When installing the plugin, I got a message saying that it was the installation on the 1/30 site. I was forced to do a new wordpress installation and now I’m already penalized with a less install of the plugin? See if it fixes this, because I have the plugin installed in only one site.
    I would like you to explain how to solve this plugin problem, or give me the money back. because I was already forced to spend money on another server because its plugin did not work on the OVH VPS server. And now, even with the plugin enabled, I can not insert the videos. I’m really feeling cheated.
    I need the plugin and I relied on the information you provided to me on the site and I would like you to help me urgently to get it working.

    Now the wordpress control panel is much faster. But the site links are broken. I guess it has to do with the changes you’ve made.
