I recently purchased Ken player, ken importer and the rosa theme, since they were avdvertised as “no expertise required”.
After more than a week I am still trying to figure out how to create a tube site using this software. I am sure it is very
straightforward and simple but, without any user guides, instructions or effective support etc., it is an impossible task (a forum is no
substitute for a step by step user guide).
There aren’t even any youtube videos for this software, which is very unusual.
Before I give up and request a refund, can anyone point me to where I might find some technical guidance on just the basics
of using these three items of software to create a tube site in WordPress?
I don’t have a problem in wordpress with creating pages, manipulating text / images / videos .. menus etc. etc. … the help I need is
simply in explaining how to make my theme use the Ken software so that it results in a conentional tube site with video galleries
