ParticipantOk great. .. is there any way for you to reset the kenplayer plugin for my site http://premiumxxx.website so I can reactivate it? Someone else set up the site for me with their plugin so I’m unable to activate the plugin for the site.

GuestI deleted the website from the list. You can try to reactivate the plugin.

ParticipantNothing has changed I deleted the plugin and then reuploaded the plugin and it still wont show me the screen to input my details to activate the plugin. I guess it will just never work on http://premiumxxx.website

ParticipantI was able to activate the plugin with the help of someone from xwpthemes by email support… but I still get the 500 internal error where the videos should be which is why I don’t have the plugin active.

GuestOk, activate the plugin, I assume that you use the latest version and try to go to KenPlayer plugin settings and change the custom player to JWPlayer and your videos should work now.

GuestI’ve tried that, and just tried activating the plugin again with JWplayer and i emptied cache. Still getting the 500 internal error

There is a php error in my theme, would that cause the kenplayer plugin not to work? If so would you know how to fix this?
