    My embedded video thumbnail does show up, only title text & button. I want the video thumbnail. I bought ZingTube but could not find these 3 methods of Auto Display Thumbnail (Custom, First Image on post in the New Post except Featured Image.

    I am confused. Do you use any Importer plugin from our shop? You need to add video thumbnail manually if you are not using any plugin. You might consider using this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/set-all-first-images-as-featured/ that will automatically set the first image from your post as a featured image.
