cannot activate yametube

Hi,

I have just purchased the yametube and i inputted my email and order id in the fields inside yametube theme options but all i’m getting is an error.

Error: Cannot get info

Please try it again now.

We will take a look into it if it does not work for you. It is probably an issue with a license and it will be fixed as soon as possible.

It still gives me the same error when I try to activate it.
When I enter my order id with the “#”, it shows: Activation Failed! Please update new version!
When I enter it without the “#”, it shows: Error: Cannot get info

Other user had the same issue:

Can't activate my theme!

Just try to rue-load the theme.

I’ve tried many times deleting and reuploading but it still gives me the same error when accessing the YameTube Theme Options.
