GuestOk.
So i brought the roas theeme,and i would have thought it would have been very easy for it to work.Well having tried it out,the banners wont show,and when i click on the videos,it shows 2 at the same time.
Why is it,and you are the second company i have tried i cant get what i payed for.
Also,i cannot find anywhere a vid to show me how to install and use it.

Im pretty sure im not doing anything wrong,its only copy and paste for the banners.
The other problem i dont know,as again its online upload videos,and post them after.

Ok,so i see that you have done something to my site,happy days,or so i thought.
I then put another banner on,checked it was ok,and it was.I then upload a film
and it didn populate propaly,never had that problem before,and also my banners have dissapeard for some unknown reason.

GuestSo I can see that your banners are working. The videos are redoubled because you put the embed code into the WordPress post field and in the Video details field “Embed code”.
You should put only the video code in the “Embed code” field under the post field. You can add some text in the main WordPress post field and it will appear in the description box on your videos.

Ok,now the banners arnt working again,i use a vid uploader,so i have put nothing in the enbeded code field.
All the vids are put into my wp site automaticly.
I have never had this problem before,and are you telling me i have to manualy do every video?
I redid the banners and they still do not show up,for what ever reason,its only copy and paste and they still do not work.

GuestI am not if we are talking about the same site. You have added the step… site in your reply field so I assume it is the one you are talking about.
The banners are showing up and the videos are working fine too. I see you are the KenPlayer plugin.
Your videos are maybe put automatically but the embed code is posted twice and that is why videos show up twice in every post.
Try to clear your site’s cache, your browser’s cache and disable the caching plugin for a moment if you use any. These things might case you do not see the site in the real time.

Ok.I have now taken all the vids of my site.
I would like a full refund.This is the second company i have used and both of them cant deliver.
I have tried adding banners to no avail.I look foreward to your reply.

GuestSorry to hear that, alan. All banner spots should work without any issues. We have checked your site back then and they seem to work, but you never said which ad spots exactly.
Also, you have said in this thread:

It does not seem like an issue with the theme. We have offered you to give you a one of the latest themes but you never replied to that.
